Commercial Director Real Estate


Analysis of activity within the company’s industry (Real Estate) to develop the best and most effective business plans and establish realistic and meaningful KPIs.Developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth.Report to the CEO as an executive-level position responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business through marketing, sales, product development and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.Building the commercialization infrastructure to drive market adoption of the company’s solutions, being responsible for revenue growth within the organization.Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.Designing and implementing new sales and customer acquisition strategies.Collaborating with and coordinating diverse teams (e.g. marketing, sales, and customer service).Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated targets and budgets.Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.Negotiating ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers; managing and reviewing contracts and making recommendations regarding commercial.Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting to senior management.Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
