Human Resources Specialist


Administer Employee Benefit Plans & Policies.Preparing employees contracts.Enrollment / Changes / Terminations for staff.Coordination with Finance for Payroll.Ensure qualified & non-qualified plans are maintained in compliance with applicable legislation and Regulations.Keeping Organization Chart updated.In consultation with the Upper Management, coordinate the process for annual performance and salary reviews.In consultation with the Upper Management, Developing Recruiting strategies and the approach for filling open positions, and coordinate recruiting, onboarding and orientation programs and process.Perform other duties as assigned.Handling all duties related to contracts renewals Ensure the proper maintenance of personal records / files / documents.
